Here in New York, this past week has felt more like Spring than Winter. But the vitamin-D deprived complexions I see on the street each morning reaffirm that we are still in the midst of winter. Keeping your skin hydrated, whether it is on your body, face or hands, is always challenging this time of year. And any new product that aides in the fight against flakey skin is welcomed.
