BUST // Relax your arms at your sides. Measure around the widest part of your bust ensuring the measuring tape lays flat across your back and around to your apex.
WAIST // Ensuring the measuring tape is parallel to the floor, measure around the point at which you bend naturally while touching your toes.
HIPS // Ensuring the measuring tape is parallel to the floor, measure around the widest part of your backside.
INSEAM // Standing with your legs shoulder-width apart, place the measuring tape at the top of your inner thigh, allowing the tape to hang down against your leg. Avoid bending down to read the measurement as this will alter the result. An accurate measurement may require a friend’s assistance.
