Beauty Supply: Facial Massage and Scandi Waves

I don’t know about you, but in my house, Sunday is a day for indulgent beauty rituals. Whether I wander around the house all day in a face mask, or steam my face and slather on a new face oil, I always take an extra bit of time for beauty on Sundays. This week, I found two videos that are changing my beauty routine. Facial massage and Scandi waves…

In an effort to relieve puffiness in my face each morning, I’ve adopted the Tanaka facial massage. Not only is it a refreshing way to start the day, but it helps slow the aging process!

I haven’t straightened my hair in years, I’m all about the waves, but I still have my flat iron (which I use to iron cuffs and collars of shirts while I’m wearing them). Scandi waves are created using a flat iron, which results in a more polished look. I’ve only tried this on my hair a few times, and it takes a lot longer than using a curling iron for me… because I have extremely thick hair.

What are your Sunday beauty rituals?
